Hey yall      This week has been a great week! And I just wanted to say again that I'm sorry if I can't or don't respond to your email because I am always busy so I don't have a lot of time to respond! But this week was so far the most "normal" out of the weeks I've had so far. We tried to stay busy and got a lot done and were able to go to some cool places.      I regret to inform yall that I did not have any member dinners this week so I don't have any interesting stories sadly. I kinda rely on member dinners for experiences (kinda but not really lol) but they always provide some fun memories. This week however we were able to go to the lubbock temple which was awesome. We took a recent convert Evelyn to do a  baptism for her husband who passed away recently. She was so grateful and happy that she got to go and that we were able to pass on the gospel to her husband that is in heaven. Super lit. We also had an 8 year old kid get baptized on Sunday and...

What's up everyone?!            The other day I hit my one month mark of being a missionary! It is weird to think how fast it went by but it also feels like I've been here for a while now. But now I have 23 months to go.       This week was a pretty slow week. Last Sunday everyone was all quarantined together but on Monday me and Elder Ili woke up and felt fine so we got the clear to go back to work. We were the only ones who were able to leave our apartmemts and do the work because all the other missionaries tested positive for covid. So we had to do everyone else's job which was fine because it gave us things to do. We taught lots of lessons and are getting people pretty close to progressing towards baptism which is great!       The ward here is super small, especially compared to Utah. There is a lotttttt of inactive people and the active members are never around becuase of work. The only people that showed up...

Howdy y'all!!      First off I want to say sorry for not sending out an email last week. I was so busy that day with traveling and did not get a chance to sit down and type out an email. But this last week was amazing so I will try to keep it as short as possible but because I missed last week it might be long. Also i am incredibly bad at emails and always busy so I am sorry if I don't respond. Please don't feel bad.       The rest of the MTC went really well. We all got closer and continued to destroy people in sports and just had a good time before everyone left. I'm going to miss my MTC family but I was also ready to get out of there. On Monday morning (last week) I got up at 3am and grabbed my things to leave for the airport. Our flight wasn't until 8:30 so I don't know why they decided to torture us but it's okay I forgive them.
