Hey guys!        What's going on, it's your favorite gringo. I realized I forgot to mention about Waldos baptism in last week's entry and that's probably because it didn't happen. We unfortunately had to postpone it due to some things that came up and now we might be having to continue to push it out. It's not due to any real serious issues, but just the unfortunate circumstances that have been taking place. Waldo is now 0-3 with baptisms. We're hoping to officially get a date setup and finally get him dunked. As for the rest of this week there isn't much to really talk about. We were supposed to have over 22 lessons this week but most of them have fallen through which was sad. Sometimes other peoples agency can be a little frustrating. We did get to do a lot of service this week which was fun, and I got to hold a bunch of turtles at a members house which according to the ward share sisters is my spirit animal. What's up guys!?      So today is actually my pday, kind of changed last minute so I'm sorry for those of you who woke up in a cold sweat cuz I didn't have my email sent out yesterday. They moved our pday to today because they had a mandatory meeting in lubbock with the entire mission yesterday, and Elder Schmutz came in and had to lay down the law for some course correction. Without going into too much detail, our mission had to send home lots of missionaries very abruptly and they had to address the situation as soon as possible and also make sure that our mission focuses more on obedience and our purpose of being out here. It was a very confrontational meeting but also very uplifting.       As for this week, it was very busy and crazy with transfers and with finishing up our time as a trio. We had to go back and forth to lubbock on Friday and then up again yesterday so we've spent many hours in the car and I'm sick of lubbock now haha. We've found 6...

What's poppin        Hey guys today is my Pday I forgot to mention that on my last email, but it's today because transfers are tomorrow. I'm staying another transfer in Hobbs as well as with my companion Elder Anderson, and im beyond happy. We've had a bit of an interesting situation happen. Last week on Wednesday an Elder in our district got his visa and got booted to Columbia so we stole his companion and trio'd up with him. Because of that happening we have been covering our English area as well as the hobbs Spanish area, so we've been doing 4 missionaries work and 2 areas in a trio. It's been super insane and incredibly busy but also extremely fun. We've been just on the go constantly and haven't had the time to even think which is good for me because I think too much. Look who's back      Man what a great conference weekend. I enjoyed this conference so much and it was probably one of the most memorable and enjoyable conference experiences I've had. This was my last time being able to watch conference as a set apart missionary and it just meant a lot to me to hear about the gathering of israel as my mission is coming to a close here in a few short months. I hope yall enjoyed it as well and got spiritually uplifted in the places that you needed to be. I want you guys to pause for a second and brace yourselves for impact. Hey guys!       Sorry for the late update, I've been incredibly busy and just didn't feel the most motivated to write an email. This week we were planning on putting waldo on baptismal date. We met with him on Wednesday and we were hyping each other up to put him on date for baptism. We knocked the door and the first thing he said when he came out was that he was getting baptized that night so it kind of made us feel a little defeated. Well we texted him later to see if we could join his baptismal service, and he texted later that night that he got sick and slept through his own baptism so God really pulled through for us. He came to church and we are planning on meeting with him on Wednesday. We had some really good lessons this week and met some really prepared people that im pretty confident in.
